Do I have to leave Shopify?
No. Shopify keeps running your products, stock, payments and checkout. The app sits on top of your store.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. We take no commission on Shopify orders. Shopify and payment provider fees stay as they are.
How long until the app is live?
Setup moves quickly once we have your store access and brand files. App store review is out of our hands, so we never promise a launch date for it.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Customers and orders stay in your Shopify store. Each store gets its own private setup.
Do the AI features cost extra?
They come with a monthly allowance. If it runs out, shopping, checkout and orders keep working as normal.
My store is not on Shopify. Can I still have an app?
Yes. We give you your own catalogue and checkout, with saved cards so customers pay in seconds.
