Who we are
Boply builds and runs digital products for businesses. This policy covers boply.co and the Boply client portal. Products we run for clients have their own privacy notices.
What we collect
When you send a project request: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, website, budget range, timeline, message and any file you attach.
When you use the client portal: your account details, project records, invoices and support tickets.
Basic technical data such as your browser type and the pages you visit, kept in server logs.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare proposals, deliver and support your project, send invoices, and keep our services secure.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run Boply, such as hosting, email and payment providers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Project requests for up to two years if no project starts. Client records for as long as the law requires for accounting, then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to the people who need it.
