The 3D building
Walk every floor before you visit.
Visitors spin the building, pick a floor and see every space on it, from the basement to the rooftop. Then they book the one they want.
- Five floors to explore
- Look inside or spread the floors apart
- Every space linked to booking
The challenge
A coworking space with 21 bookable units and 15 workspace types. Requests came in by phone and message, and member hours were tracked by hand.
What we built
- Website with an interactive 3D building tour
- Online booking with live availability and prices
- Member portal with meeting hours
- Staff dashboard for requests, calendar and tours
- Member prices and free hours per plan
- AI assistant for staff
What changed for them
- Visitors book rooms and tours online, any time
- Staff confirm requests in one click
- Members track their own hours and bookings
